摘要 光伏组件作为大型光伏场区中的关键工程,其安全质量至关重要。论文首先对该类型光伏场区施工质量影响因素进行分析与识别,并从光伏组件安装倾角和表面压力的角度对光伏组件的安全质量控制进行分析,根据分析结果发现光伏组件的辐照量与安装倾角并非呈现单一的线性关系,在同一安装倾角下随着风速的增大,光伏组件的表面压力也在随之增大,最后针对大型场区光伏项目在施工中容易出现的问题提出相应控制措施。 As a key project in large-scale photovoltaic field, the safety and quality of photovoltaic modules are very important. This paper first analyzes and identifies the factors affecting the construction quality of this type of photovoltaic field, and analyzes the safety quality control of photovoltaic modules from the angle of installation inclination angle and surface pressure of photovoltaic modules. According to the analysis results, it is found that the radiation amount of photovoltaic modules does not show a single linear relationship with the installation angle, and the wind speed increases at the same installation angle. The surface pressure of photovoltaic modules is also increasing. Finally, the corresponding control measures are put forward for the problems that are easy to occur in the construction of large-scale photovoltaic projects.
