摘要
高速公路建设工程进度管理存在诸多问题,引入关键链技术进行工程进度管理优化提升十分必要,关键链识别是关键链技术应用的首要环节。论文主要研究建立一种关键识别模型,对初始关键链从后向前进行工序整合,调整资源冲突,确定最终关键链,并通过某高速公路工程进度管理进行实例分析,证明其可行性和有效性。
There are many problems in the progress management of expressway construction project, so it is necessary to introduce the key chain technology to optimize and improve the project progress management, and the key chain identification is the primary link in the application of key chain technology. This paper mainly studies the establishment of a key identification model, integrates the process of the initial key chain from the back to the front, adjusts resource conflicts, determines the final critical chain, and proves its feasibility and effectiveness through an example of the progress management of a highway project.
