摘要
在掌握EPC工程总承包模式重要性基础上,从前期设计策划与优化、设计协同与信息共享、价值工程分析等几个方面,分析了EPC工程总承包模式下建筑工程的设计管理措施,提出了建立以设计专业服务于施工的设计理念、按照分包商名录进行层级筛选、科学组织交叉作业人员进场及工作面划分等施工管理方法,有助于工程总承包单位及时转变项目管理思路,提高经济效益。
On the basis of understanding the importance of EPC project general contracting mode, this paper analyzes the design management measures of construction projects under EPC project general contracting mode from several aspects such as preliminary design planning and optimization, design collaboration and information sharing, and value engineering analysis, puts forward some construction management methods, such as establishing the design concept of serving the construction with the design profession, selecting the level according to the subcontractor list, scientifically organizing the entry of cross-working personnel and dividing the working face, which can help the general contractor to change the project management idea in time and improve the economic benefit.
