摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展和社会的全面进步,教育公平成为社会各界广泛关注的重要议题。农村小学教师的艺术素养提升作为促进教育公平、缩小城乡教育差距的重要一环,愈发引起重视。当前,农村小学教师在艺术教育领域面临诸多挑战,包括教育资源的匮乏、专业发展机会的有限以及社会文化环境的制约等。与城市学校相比,农村小学教师在艺术素养和教育水平上存在差距,影响了学生的全面发展和素质教育的实施。教育“双减”政策出台后,大力提倡学生素质教育,要求持续推进学生艺术素质测评,把学校美育工作纳入督导评估和考核体系,鼓励学生全面发展各地小学都开展了课后服务。农村小学学生素养的培养主要在教师,而农村小学教师师资出现断层现象,尤其是艺术课程教师更是不够。因此,农村小学教师艺术素养提升是一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文旨在探讨农村小学教师艺术素养提升的问题,并提出相应的对策及具体实施路径的研究方法,以期为相关教育工作者提供有益的参考。
With the rapid development of China's economy and comprehensive social progress,educational equity has become an important issue of widespread concern in all sectors of society.The improvement of artistic literacy among rural primary school teachers,as an important part of promoting educational equity and narrowing the urban-rural education gap,has attracted increasing attention.Currently,rural primary school teachers face many challenges in the field of art education,including a lack of educational resources,limited opportunities for professional development,and constraints from the social and cultural environment.Compared with urban schools,there is a gap in artistic literacy and educational level among rural primary school teachers,which affects the comprehensive development of students and the implementation of quality education.After the implementation of the"double reduction"policy in education,we vigorously promote students'quality education,require continuous promotion of students'artistic quality assessment,incorporate school aesthetic education work into the supervision,evaluation and assessment system,and encourage students to develop comprehensively.After school services have been carried out in primary schools across the country.The cultivation of students'literacy in rural primary schools mainly relies on teachers,but there is a shortage of teachers in rural primary schools,especially in the field of art courses.Therefore,improving the artistic literacy of rural primary school teachers is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.This article aims to explore the issue of improving the artistic literacy of rural primary school teachers,and propose corresponding strategies and specific implementation paths for research methods,in order to provide useful references for relevant educators.
