涉老领域诈骗犯罪及其防控路径研究

随着我国老龄化程度加剧,老年人口数量增多,涉老领域诈骗犯罪越发猖獗。此类诈骗危害严重,其非接触性、专业性和科技性特征日益凸显。涉老诈骗类型多样,具有鲜明特征;由于老年群体具有特殊性,且涉老犯罪手法具有多样性与隐蔽性,导致治理难度较大。应当充分运用现代科技手段,整合各种力量和资源,加强对此类犯罪的防控,以期为构建安全的老龄化社会提供参考。

With the increasing aging population in China and the growing number of elderly people,fraud and crimes related to the elderly have become more rampant.This type of fraud poses a serious threat,with its non-contact,professional,and technological characteristics becoming increasingly prominent.There are various types of fraud involving the elderly,with distinct characteristics;Due to the particularity of the elderly population and the diversity and concealment of criminal methods involving the elderly,it is difficult to govern.We should fully utilize modern technological means,integrate various forces and resources,strengthen the prevention and control of such crimes,in order to provide reference for building a safe aging society.
