高职院校辅导员身份认同对学生管理工作的影响研究

摘要 在高职院校里,辅导员在学生管理工作中占据着关键地位。辅导员的身份认同,不但涉及个人的职业发展和角色确定,还对学生管理工作的质量与成效有着直接影响。深入探究高职院校辅导员身份认同给学生管理工作带来的影响,能够更加深入地认识辅导员在学生成长历程中的作用,为提高学生管理工作水平提供理论支撑与实践指导,进而推动高职院校教育教学质量的整体提升,为社会培养出更多高素质的技术技能型人才。对此,本文通过概述辅导员身份认同,探究辅导员身份认同对学生管理工作的影响,进而提出提升高职院校辅导员身份认同的策略,以期为培养高素质技能型人才提供参考和借鉴。 In vocational colleges,counselors play a crucial role in student management.The identity recognition of a counselor not only involves personal career development and role determination,but also has a direct impact on the quality and effectiveness of student management work.Exploring the impact of the identity recognition of vocational college counselors on student management can provide a deeper understanding of the role of counselors in the growth process of students,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the level of student management work,and promote the overall improvement of education and teaching quality in vocational colleges,cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents for society.In this regard,this article provides an overview of the identity recognition of counselors,explores the impact of counselor identity recognition on student management work,and proposes strategies to enhance the identity recognition of counselors in vocational colleges,in order to provide reference and inspiration for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
