摘要
实现燃煤电站锅炉底部排渣关断门在不同位置中停,对提高其安全性和经济性至关重要。本文提出了一种基于DCS软件组态的新方法,可通过灵活控制关断门电磁阀得电时间,在液压系统内实现关断门的任意中停,减少了外部冷空气流入,优化了运行方式,实现了根据渣物情况进行精细操作和实时调整冷却风量,并在某电厂2台350 MW超临界机组上进行了现场应用,结果验证了其安全经济性和提高碎渣效率的优点,不仅降低系统运维成本,还降低供电煤耗0.984 g/(kW·h),对风冷钢带机除渣系统具有较高实用价值。
It is very important to realize that the shut-off gate of the dry-type slag extractor at the bottom of the boiler of coal-fired power station can be stopped in any positions to improve its security and economy.A new method based on distributed control system(DCS)software configuration is proposed in this paper,to realize the arbitrary stop of the shut-off gate in the hydraulic system by flexibly controlling the power acquisition time of the shut-off gate solenoid valve,which reduces the ingress of external cold air,optimizes the operation mode,and realizes the fine operation and real-time adjustment of the cooling air volume according to the slag situation.The field application has been carried out on two 350 MW ultra-supercritical units in a power plant,and the results verified its advantages of security and economy and improved slag efficiency,which not only reduced the system operation and maintenance cost,but also reduced the coal consumption of power supply by 0.984 g/(kWh),and has high practical value for the slag removal system of air-cooled steel belt conveyors.
