摘要
目的比较人工晶状体(IOL)Master 700、角膜地形图、Lenstar LS 900生物测量仪用于白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入手术患者眼部参数测量的效果。方法回顾性抽取2021年4月至2022年8月咸阳市核工业215医院收治的152例行手术治疗的白内障合并散光患者,均行白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入手术,依据测量方案将152例患者分为Master组(53例61眼,采用IOL Master 700测量)、角膜地形图组(52例59眼,采用角膜地形图测量)及Lenstar组(47例58眼,采用Lenstar LS 900测量)。比较三组最大角膜曲率(Ks)、最小角膜曲率(Kf)、平均角膜曲率(Km)、角膜散光参数(J0)、轴向参数(J45)及术后散光偏差。结果三组Ks、Kf、Km、J0、J45比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。Master组预期残余散光与术后实际散光偏差、晶体安放轴位与术后散光轴位偏差低于角膜地形图组和Lenstar组(P<0.05)。结论IOL Master 700、角膜地形图、Lenstar LS 900在测量白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入手术患者术前角膜曲率、散光度上具有良好一致性,但IOL Master 700在计算LOL植入眼的精确度上更高。
Objective To compare the application effect of intraocular lens(IOL)Master 700,corneal topography and Lenstar LS 900 biometers in measurements of ocular parameters of patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery with IOL implantation.Methods A total of 152 patients with cataract complicated by corneal astigmatism treated in Xianyang No.215 Hospital of Nuclear Industry from April 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively selected.All of them underwent phacoemulsification cataract surgery with IOL implantation.According to the measurement protocol,the 152 patients were divided into the Master group(53 cases with 61 eyes,subjected to IOL Master 700 biometer),the corneal topography group(52 cases with 59 eyes,subjected to corneal topography)and the Lenstar group(47 cases with 58 eyes,subjected to Lenstar LS 900 biometer).Then the keratometry fot the steepest meridian(Ks),keratometry for the flattest meridian(Kf),mean keratometry(Km),vertical/horizontal astigmatism component(J0)and oblique astigmatism component(J45),and postoperative refractive error were compared among the three groups.Results No statistical difference was reported in Ks,Kf,Km,J0 and J45 among the three groups(P>0.05).The difference between expected postoperative residual astigmatism and actual residual astigmatism,between axis of intraocular lens placement and axis misalignment of intraocular lens in the Master group were all smaller than those in the corneal topography group and the Lenstar group(P<0.05).Conclusions IOL Master 700,corneal topography and Lenstar LS 900 have good consistency in the measurement of preoperative corneal curvature and astigmatism in patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery with IOL implantation.Moreover,the measurements with IOL Master 700 are more accurately in terms of LOL implantation.
