摘要
采用云南A大学的现有统计数据,对父母职业地位、大学生学业成就和就业质量的关系进行的实证研究发现:母亲的职业地位对大学生学业成就存在负面影响;大学生学业成就越高,就业质量也就越好;当控制住学业成就后,父亲职业地位对就业质量存在正面影响,而母亲的职业地位对就业质量则不存在显著影响。研究表明,一方面,父亲的职业地位对子女的就业质量存在显著影响;另一方面,在无法改变家庭出身的前提下,大学教育仍然是促进社会流动、实现阶层跨越的有效方式。
This study investigates the relationship of parents' occupational status,college students' academic achievement and employment quality.Research has found that the occupational status of mothers has a negative impact on the academic achievement of college students;The higher the academic achievement of college students,the better the quality of employment;When academic achievement is controlled,the father's occupational status has a positive impact on employment quality,while the mother's occupational status has no significant impact on employment quality.Research has shown that,on the one hand,the occupational status of fathers has a significant impact on the employment quality of their children;On the other hand,even without changing family background,university education remains an effective way to promote social mobility and achieve class crossing.
