维生素D在儿童支气管哮喘中的作用研究进展

Research progress on the role of vitamin D in children with bronchial asthma

支气管哮喘是儿童最常见的慢性呼吸道疾病之一,近年来儿童支气管哮喘的患病率呈上升趋势,严重影响儿童的健康和生长发育。维生素D作为重要的脂溶性维生素,不仅参与钙磷代谢以维持骨骼健康,还通过免疫调节等功能在儿童哮喘中发挥作用。本文综述了维生素D在儿童支气管哮喘中的作用研究进展,包括维生素D的生理功能,维生素D通过免疫调节、参与气道重塑、缓解激素抵抗、影响肺发育和肺功能等作用参与哮喘的发生发展,以及补充维生素D在预防和治疗儿童哮喘中的作用,旨在为儿童支气管哮喘的临床防治工作提供新的思路和方法。

Bronchial asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in children.In recent years,the prevalence of pediatric bronchial asthma has shown an upward trend,severely affecting children's health,growth and development.As an important fat-soluble vitamin,vitamin D not only participates in calcium and phosphorus metabolism to maintain bone health but also plays a role in pediatric asthma through immune regulation and other functions.In this article,the research advances on the role of vitamin D in pediatric bronchial asthma are reviewed,including the physiological functions of vitamin D,its involvement in the occurrence and development of asthma through immune regulation,participation in airway remodeling,alleviation of steroid resistance,influence on lung development and lung function,as well as the role of vitamin D supplementation in the prevention and treatment of pediatric asthma,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma.
