芪参益气滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Qishenyiqi Dropping Pills Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨芪参益气滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2022年12月—2023年10月枣庄市峄城区中医院收治的60例CHF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血管内皮功能、心功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组一氧化氮、左心室射血分数、内皮素-1均高于对照组,左心室舒张末期容积、左心室收缩末期容积均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合芪参益气滴丸治疗CHF临床疗效高,可有效改善患者心功能及血管内皮功能,且用药安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qishenyiqi dropping pills combined with Sacubitril valsartan sodium(ARNI)in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 60 CHF patients admitted to Yicheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zaozhuang City from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium and the observation group was treated with Qishenyiqi dropping pills.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 63.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,nitric oxide,left ventricular ejection fraction and endothelin-1 in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with Qishenyiqi dropping pills has high clinical efficacy in the treatment of CHF,and can effectively improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients,and the drug is safe.
