多点可控起爆系统技术国内外研究进展

摘要 论文主要以多点可控起爆系统的两种实现方式进行了研究进展总结,分别是基于爆炸网络的多点可控起爆系统和基于EFIs的多点可控起爆系统。基于爆炸网络的多点可控起爆系统由多个雷管作为系统输入端,通过由特定炸药线路构成的网络实现对输出端的选择性起爆。基于EFIs的多点可控起爆技术相较于传统爆炸网络型多点可控起爆技术,具有结构简单、可集成度高、安全可靠等特点,是适用于多模战斗部的先进起爆技术。围绕多模战斗部对先进多点可控起爆技术的需求,结合目前武器系统小型化、模块化、集成化等几个主要的发展趋势,加强以基于EFIs的多点可控起爆系统低发火能量、高同步性技术研究,为多模战斗部的应用提供了技术支撑。 In this paper,the research progress of two implementations of multi-point controllable initiation system is summarized,namely,the multi-point controllable initiation system based on the explosion network and the multi-point controllable initiation system based on EFIs.The multi-point controllable initiation system based on the explosion network consists of multiple detonators as the input end of the system,and the selective initiation of the output end is realized through the network composed of specific explosive lines.Compared with the traditional explosive network type multi-point controllable initiation technology,the multi-point controllable initiation technology based on EIFs has the characteristics of simple structure,high integration,safety and reliability.It is an advanced initiation technology suitable for multi-mode warhead.Focusing on the demand of multi-mode warhead for advanced multi-point controllable initiation technology,combined with the current weapon system miniaturization,modularization,integration and other major development trends,this paper strengthens the EFIs-based multi-point controllable initiation system low ignition energy,high synchronization technology research,for the application of multi-mode warhead to provide technical support.
