基于兵棋推演的联合火力打击行动进展评估

摘要 火力打击行动进展评估在联合作战中对掌握作战进程至关重要。另外,当前依据战争历史经验和数据进行兵棋推演的方式在作战指挥领域中被广泛应用,但是在联合作战的火力打击行动进展评估方面的应用研究方面涉及较少。研究主要从联合作战指挥员关注的角度入手,总结了火力打击相关的六大构成模块,并在兵棋推演数据的基础上,设计了相应的评估指标体系来综合描述火力打击行动的整体任务效能,同时采用了熵权法实现其客观评估的目的。论文中以兵棋推演实例数据对其模型的可行性和有效性进行验证分析,该体系不仅可以提高作战过程中局部细节模块的作战效能,更从整体上增强其火力打击能力动态评估的可靠性。通过研究的开展,可对作战指挥员决策具有一定参考意义。 The assessment of the progress of fire-strike operations in joint operations is crucial to the mastery of the combat process.In addition,the way of war game projection based on war history experience and data is widely used in the field of combat command,but less research is involved in the application of fire strike operation progress assessment in joint operations.This study mainly starts from the perspective of joint operation commanders' concern,summarizes the six major constituent modules related to fire strike,and designs a corresponding assessment index system to comprehensively describe the overall mission effectiveness of fire strike operations on the basis of the data of wargame projections,and at the same time adopts the entropy power method to achieve the purpose of its objective assessment.In this paper,the feasibility and validity of the model are verified and analyzed with the data of military-chess projections,and the system can not only improve the operational effectiveness of local detail modules in the process of combat,but also enhance the reliability of the dynamic assessment of its firepower strike capability as a whole.Through the development of this research,it can have certain reference significance to the decision-making of combat commanders.
