露天煤矿开采中的空气间隔装药技术

摘要 为了提高爆破作业质量和效率,提升炸药的利用率,保障露天开采效益;分析了露天煤矿开采中常用的空气间隔装药技术类型、原理、应用及其优化方案,并总结出空气间隔装药技术的优点及存在的问题。研究结果表明:露天煤矿在进行空气间隔装药时,选用1.20 m的PVC管能在一定程度上限制爆破能量的传播,减少不必要的能量损失,又能保证较好的爆破效果,避免产生过多的大块岩石。 In order to improve the quality and efficiency of blasting operations,enhance the utilization rate of explosives,and ensure the benefits of open-pit mining,the article analyzes the commonly used types,principles,applications and optimization schemes of air interval charging technology in open-pit coal mining,and summarizes the advantages and problems of air interval charging technology.The research results indicate that using 1.20m PVC pipes for air interval charging in open-pit coal mines can to some extent limit the propagation of blasting energy,reduce unnecessary energy loss,and ensure good blasting effect,avoiding the production of too many large rocks.
