介入化疗栓塞联合中成药艾迪注射液在中晚期胰腺癌治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Interventional Chemoembolization Combined with Chinese Patent Medicine Aidi Injection in the Treatment of Middle and Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

目的分析评价介入化疗栓塞联合中成药艾迪注射液在提高中晚期胰腺癌患者生存率中的应用价值。方法选取2020年03月-2024年02月我院符合入选标准且同意参与研究的患者76例,随机分配到两组,实验组接受介入化疗栓塞联合中成药艾迪注射液治疗,对照组接受常规化疗;对比分析两组间治疗后CA199指标改善及无进展生存率间的差异。结果介入化疗栓塞联合中成药艾迪注射液治疗对CA199指标的改善效果显著且无进展生存率与单纯化疗相比具有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入化疗栓塞联合中成药艾迪注射液在中晚期胰腺癌患者中显示出明显的临床效果,可以推广应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application value of interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection in improving the survival rate of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods From March 2020 to February 2024,76 patients in our hospital who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the study were randomly assigned to two groups.The experimental group received interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection,and the control group received conventional chemotherapy;Compare and analyze the differences in CA199 index improvement and progression free survival rate between two groups after treatment.Results Interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection had a significant improvement effect on CA199 index,and the progression free survival rate had a significant advantage compared with chemotherapy alone,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection has obvious clinical effect in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and can be popularized.
