摘要
[目的]探究植物生长调节剂对红果黄檀扦插繁殖的影响。[方法]以红果黄檀为研究对象,用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和萘乙酸(NAA)对红果黄檀插穗进行不同时间的浸泡处理,45 d后统计插穗成活率。[结果]在不同浓度和浸泡时间处理下,3种植物生长调节剂对红果黄檀扦插繁殖影响显著;3种植物生长调节剂的最佳处理均为500 mg/L浓度下浸泡30 min,其中500 mg/L的IBA溶液浸泡30 min最有利于红果黄檀扦插繁殖,成活率达69.84%±11.98%。[结论]本研究结果可在实际生产中为红果黄檀扦插提供参考。
[Objective]The aim was to explore the effect of plant growth regulators on cutting propagation of Dalbergia tsoi.[Method]Taking D.tsoi as the research object,the cuttings of D.tsoi were soaked with different concentrations of IAA,IBA and NAA for different time,and the survival rate was counted after 45 days.[Result]Under different concentrations and soaking time treatments,three plant growth regulators had significant effects on the cutting propagation of D.tsoi.The best treatment for the three plant growth regulators was soaking for 30 min at a concentration of 500 mg/L IBA.[Conclusion]It could be applied in actual production.
