Performance and Life Test Equipment for Insulated Bearings

针对绝缘轴承的性能评价仅有检测其在静态下的电阻或用普通轴承的方法评价其寿命的问题,研制了一种绝缘轴承性能与寿命试验装备,通过液压加载系统和电压模拟装置实现了绝缘轴承机械力和电压加载的动态模拟,并以6215-DTZ绝缘轴承为研究对象进行试验,结果表明:绝缘轴承电容随转速的增加而增加,说明绝缘性能随转速增加而下降。

Aimed at the problem that the performance evaluation of insulated bearings only detects the static resistance or evaluates the life by method for ordinary bearings,a performance and life test equipment is developed for insulated bearings.The dynamic simulation of mechanical force and voltage loading of the bearings is realized by hydraulic loading system and voltage simulation device.The 6215-DTZ insulated bearings are taken as research objects for test,and the results show that the capacitance of the bearings increases with the increase of rotational speed,indicating that the insulation performance decreases with the increase of rotational speed.
