摘要
现有航空轴承试验机不能模拟中央传动轴承的真实安装方式和承载工况,难以满足中央传动轴承的试验研究要求。研制了一种航空发动机中央传动轴承试验机,通过试验转接装置准确模拟中央传动轴承的真实安装情况,并通过内部齿轮副的啮合实现中央传动轴承的加载,能够避免现有试验机试验工况变化时转速与载荷变动不同步以及存在加载误差的缺陷。详细介绍了该试验机各系统的组成和功能,试验机调试结果表明,该试验机运行平稳,功能完备,满足试验设计以及使用要求。
The existing aero-bearing testers cannot simulate the real installation method and loading conditions of central transmission bearings,and are difficult to meet the test and research requirements of the bearings.An aero-engine central transmission bearing tester is developed.The real installation situation of the bearings is simulated accurately through a test transfer device,and the bearings are loaded through meshing of internal gear pairs,avoiding the defects of asynchronous rotational speed and load change and loading errors when the test conditions of existing testers change.The composition and functions of each system for the tester are introduced in detail.The debugging results show that the tester runs smoothly and has complete functions,meeting the requirements of test design and use.
