滚动轴承摩擦力矩和旋转灵活性检测装置

摘要 针对滚动轴承摩擦力矩和旋转灵活性检测精度低,效率低,测量方法复杂等问题,基于自由减速法设计了滚动轴承摩擦力矩与旋转灵活性同步检测的试验装置。利用高压喷气的方式驱动被测轴承高速运转,以省去动力离合装置,简化检测步骤;利用空气静压轴承支承旋转轴构建无摩擦环境,以提高滚动轴承摩擦力矩的测量精度;结合自动上下料装置和电磁阻尼器,实现装配线上滚动轴承旋转灵活性的在线检测。该检测装置测量不同型号深沟球轴承的试验结果表明:同一型号轴承的摩擦力矩最大平均偏差为7.18N·mm,最大相对平均偏差为3.97%,测量精度较高,可重复性强;滚动轴承旋转灵活性的检测效率为每分钟10~12个,满足装配线需求。 Aimed at the problems of low accuracy,low efficiency and complex measurement methods,a test device for synchronously detecting the friction torque and rotational flexibility of rolling bearings is designed based on free deceleration method.The high-pressure jet is used to drive the tested bearings to operate under high speed,eliminating the need for a power clutch device and simplifying the detection steps.A frictionless environment is constructed by using aerostatic bearings to support the rotating shaft,so as to improve the measurement accuracy of friction torque of the bearings.In combination with automatic feeding and blanking devices and electromagnetic dampers,the rotational flexibility of the bearings on assembly lines can be detected online.The results of different types of deep groove ball bearings measured by detection device show that the maximum average deviation of friction torque of same type of bearings is 7.18 N·mm,and the maximum relative average deviation is 3.97%.The measurement accuracy is high and the repeatability is strong.The detection efficiency of rotational flexibility of the bearings is 10~12 per minute,meeting the requirements of assembly lines.
