摘要
大型复杂数值子结构的实时计算是实时混合试验的关键问题。针对这一问题,基于快速非线性分析法(FNA)的基本思想,提出了一种显式非线性振型叠加法(ENMS),能大幅提升数值子结构的求解效率。阐述了ENMS法的核心原理,针对桥梁-阻尼器后处理模型,设计了一个集虚拟作动器、时滞补偿器、数模转换器及滤波器等关键模块的硬实时混合仿真平台,并通过RTW(Real Time Workshop)实现实时运行,可确保仿真过程的实时性和结果的可靠性。通过采用所述仿真平台仿真,验证ENMS法在实时混合试验的适用性与计算效率。结果表明:考虑到数值模型简化、工控机噪声等因素,采用ENMS法的实时混合试验仿真结果准确,可用于大型复杂结构的动力学行为分析;进一步地,该方法能大幅提升数值子结构的求解效率,实现数值子结构实时求解。
The real time computation of large and complex numerical substructures is a critical issue in real time hybrid test.To address this problem,based on the fundamental idea of the Fast Nonlinear Analysis method(FNA),an Explicit Nonlinear Mode Superposition method(ENMS)was proposed,which significantly improved the solution efficiency of numerical substructures.This article elaborated on the core principle of the ENMS method.Aiming at the post-processing model of bridge-damper,a hard real-time hybrid simulation platform was designed,integrating key modules such as virtual actuators,time-delay compensators,digital-to-analog converters,and filters.The platform was implemented for real-time operation through RTW(Real Time Workshop),ensuring the real time nature and reliability of the simulation process.Through the simulation using the aforementioned platform,the applicability and computational efficiency of the ENMS method in real time hybrid testing were verified.The relevant results show that,considering factors such as the simplification of numerical models and the noise of industrial control computers,the simulation results of real time hybrid testing using the ENMS method are accurate and can be used for the dynamic behavior analysis of large and complex structures.Furthermore,this method can significantly improve the solution efficiency of numerical substructures,enabling real time solutions of numerical substructures.
