摘要
对活齿端面谐波齿轮非对称啮合副与对称啮合副进行了比较,采用二次曲线簇包络面的理论,研究了非对称齿形的两对啮合副各构件齿面修形的方法和步骤,推导出了端面齿轮齿顶、齿底修形区以及活齿前、后端修形区的齿面方程。还探讨了两对啮合副的各组成构件修形区对应的理论齿高之间的关系。
A comparison is made between the asymmetric meshing pair and the symmetrical meshing pair of Oscillating tooth End face Harmonic Gear,Based on the theory of conic cluster envelope surface,the methods and steps of modifying the tooth surfaces of two pairs of meshing pairs with asymmetric tooth shapes are studied.The equations of teeth surface after modification of the tooth top and the tooth bottom of theend face gear,and the equations of teeth surface of the the oscillating tooth,such as the front end,the back end,are deduced.In addition,the relationship between the theoretical tooth height of the two pairs of meshing pairs is also discussed.
