摘要
研究叶面喷施0.2%EDTA-Cu溶液、0.4%EDTA-Zn溶液和0.2%EDTA-Cu+0.4%EDTA-Zn溶液对春小麦长势与产量的影响,以期为提升宁夏引黄灌区春小麦产量提供理论依据。结果表明:叶面喷施微肥可以促进小麦生长,提高产量,整体表现为0.2%EDTA-Cu溶液>0.4%EDTA-Zn溶液>0.2%EDTA-Cu+0.4%EDTA-Zn溶液,以单独喷施0.2%EDTA-Cu溶液效果最明显。喷施0.2%EDTA-Cu溶液后植株长势改善,与对照(CK)相比,穗粒数增加2.1粒,千粒重增加1.90 g,增幅分别为8.05%和3.51%,产量增幅为5.43%,籽粒铜元素含量增幅达11.31%;喷施0.4%EDTA-Zn溶液后植株功能叶长势改善,重心高度降低,植株锌含量增加1.17~3.00 mg·kg^(-1),籽粒中锌含量增幅为8.28%,产量增加19.60 kg·667^(-1)·m^(-2);喷施铜、锌混合肥后产量增加了11.0 kg·667^(-1)·m^(-2),植株以及籽粒铜和锌含量相应提高。
The effects of 0.2%EDTA-Cu solution,0.4%EDTA-Zn solution and 0.2%EDTA-Cu+0.4%EDTA-Zn solution on spring wheat growth and yield were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for improving spring wheat yield in Ningxia irrigation area.The results showed that spraying micro-fertilizer on the leaf surface could promote the growth of wheat and increase the yield.The overall performance was 0.2%EDTA-Cu solution>0.4%EDTA-Zn solution>0.2%EDTA-Cu+0.4%EDTA-Zn solution,and the effect of spraying 0.2%EDTA-Cu solution alone was the most obvious.Compared with the control(CK),the number of grains per spike increased by 2.1 grains,the 1000-grain weight increased by 1.90 g(8.05% and 3.51%,respectively),the yield increased by 5.43%,and the content of copper in grains increased by 11.31%.After spraying 0.4%EDTA-Zn solution,the plant functional leaf growth was improved,the center of gravity height was decreased,the plant zinc content was increased by 1.17~3.00 mg·kg^(-1),the grain zinc content was increased by 8.28%,and the yield was increased by 19.60 kg·667^(-1)·m^(-2).The yield increased by 11.0 kg·667^(-1)·m^(-2) after spraying copper and zinc mixture,and the content of copper and zinc in plants and grains increased correspondingly.
