眼科患者住院择期手术取消影响因素及应对策略

Analysis of factors affecting the cancellation of elective ophthalmic surgeries in inpatients and countermeasures

目的分析眼科住院患者择期手术取消原因,提出可行性改进措施,提高医疗资源利用率,为医院精细化管理提供参考。方法通过医院相关信息系统,回顾性分析某眼专科医院2022年1月1日至2023年6月30日住院患者中择期手术取消的病例资料,统计手术取消率并分析取消原因。结果共398例(1.37%,398/29052)取消手术。取消原因归类分析结果显示,患者因素241例(60.55%,241/398)、医护因素152例(38.19%,152/398)和医院因素5例(1.26%,5/398)。针对各种因素具体分析,提出改进措施。结论通过对各相关因素分析,发现大部分择期手术的取消可通过加强医患沟通、术前评估和提高医务人员能力等措施得以避免,从而降低择期手术取消率。

Objective To explore the rate and causes for cancellation of inpatients elective operations in order to develop strategy for optimization of resource utilization and provides refrence for the fine management.Methods This study retrospectively investigated inpatient elective operation cases in Shanxi Eye Hospital from January 1,2022 to June 30,2023 from the hospital electronic information system and analyzed the rate and causes for cancellation of elective operations on the day of surgery.Results Totally 398 cases(1.37%,398/29052)cancelled operation on the day of surgery among 29052 inpatient elective operations.Reasons for cancellation involved medical(38.19%,152/398),patients(60.55%,241/398)and hospital(1.26%,5/398)factors.Conclusions Most cancellation events can be prevented by improving specific measures like strengthening doctor-patient communication and preoperative evaluation,Enhancing the capabilities of medical personnel and the rate of operation cancellation is expected to be reduced significantly.
