摘要
该研究报道了产自中国的2个奥氏衣属Oxneriaria地衣新种:平坦奥氏衣Oxneriaria applanata和密盘奥氏衣Oxneriariadensa,并提供了它们详细的描述和形态图。通过形态学、解剖学和化学分析,并结合rDNA-ITS序列构建系统发育树对物种进行鉴定。Oxneriaria applanata的特征是地衣体平坦,边缘有裂片,子囊盘表面因被有增生的菌丝团而不可见,子实层厚220–260μm,囊层基厚150–220μm,子囊6(–8)孢,子囊孢子大小为30–42×12–26μm,含有斑点酸和2种未知萜类化合物。Oxneriariadensa的特征是地衣体具疣状网眼,子囊盘密集,坛状,茶渍型,子实层厚140–175μm,囊层基厚75–110μm,子囊(6–)8孢,子囊孢子大小为21–32×14–24μm,含有斑点酸和2种未知萜类化合物。该研究结果丰富了中国奥氏衣属地衣的基础资料。
Oxneriaria applanata and Oxneriaria densa from China are described as new to science.Detailed descriptions and morphological illustrations are provided.Species are classified by morph-anatomical,chemical and phylogenetic analysis of rDNA-ITS sequences.Oxneriaria applanata is characterized by the flat,peripherally lobate thallus,aspicilioid apothecia,disc covered by hyperplastic hyphal cluster,hymenium 220–260μm,hypothecium 150–220μm,6(–8)-spored asci,ellipsoid ascospores(30–42×12–26μm),and the presence of stictic acid and two unknown terpenoids.Oxneriaria densa is characterized by thallus with warty reticulation,lecanorine apothecia sessile,urceolate and dense,hymenium 140–175μm thick,hypothecium 75–110μm thick,(6–)8-spored asci,ellipsoid ascospores(21–32×14–24μm),and the presence of stictic acid and two unknown terpenoids.
