双层探测器光谱CT智能剂量调控技术在低剂量胸部体检中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨低剂量胸部体检中双层探测器光谱CT智能剂量调控技术的应用价值。方法:回顾性选取2020年2月~2023年2月本院外科低剂量胸部体检患者66例,依据双层探测器光谱CT方法分为常规固定50mAs管电流扫描及护理组(常规组)、智能剂量调控技术扫描及护理组(智能组),每组各33例。统计分析两组图像SD值、图像信噪比、图像容积指数CTDIvol值、图像质量、心理状态,检查配合度和干预满意度。结果:智能组患者的肺尖图像SD值低于常规组(P<0.05),但两组患者的下肺、中肺图像SD值之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。智能组患者的肺尖图像信噪比高于常规组(P<0.05),但两组患者的下肺、中肺图像信噪比之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。智能组体质量指数≥27kg/m^(2)患者的图像容积指数CTDIvol值高于常规组(P<0.05),但两组体质量指数<27kg/m^(2)患者的图像容积指数CTDIvol值之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。智能组患者的肺尖图像质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05),但两组患者的下肺、中肺图像质量评分之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。智能组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于常规组(P<0.05),检查配合度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。智能组患者的干预满意度93.94%(31/33)高于常规组的72.73%(24/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.346,P<0.05)。结论:低剂量胸部体检中双层探测器光谱CT智能剂量调控技术扫描较常规固定50mAs管电流扫描的应用价值高。 Objective:To explore the application value of double-layer detector spectral CT intelligent dose control technology in low-dose chest examination.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 66 patients undergoing low-dose chest examinations in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.Based on the double-layer detector spectral CT method,they were divided into two groups:the conventional fixed 50mAs tube current scanning and nursing group(conventional group)and the intelligent dose control technology scanning and nursing group(intelligent group),with 33 patients in each group.Statistical analysis of two groups of images,including SD value,signal-to-noise ratio,CTDIvol value of image volume index,image quality,psychological state,examination compatibility,and intervention satisfaction.Results:The SD values of lung apex images in the intelligent group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the SD values of lower and middle lung images between the two groups(P>0.05).The signal-to-noise ratio of lung apex images in the intelligent group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),but the difference in signal-to-noise ratio of lower and middle lung images between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The CTDIvol values of the image volume index in patients with a body mass index≥27kg/m^(2)in the intelligent group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),but the difference in CTDIvol values between the two groups of patients with a body mass index<27kg/m^(2)was not significant(P>0.05).The image quality score of the intelligent group patients was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),but the difference in image quality scores of the lower and middle lungs between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of patients in the intelligent group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the examination compatibility score was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction of patients in the intelligent group was 93.94%(31/33)higher than that in the conventional group,which was 72.73%(24/33)(χ^(2)=5.346,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of double-layer detector spectral CT intelligent dose control technology scanning in low-dose chest examination is higher than that of conventional fixed 50mAs tube current scanning.
