摘要
目的:探讨自动乳腺全容积成像技术(Automated Breast Volume Scan,ABVS)联合多种超声技术在乳腺癌新辅助化疗(Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy,NAC)疗效评估中的价值。方法:于2020年1月~2023年7月选取在本院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者40例作为研究对象,所有患者入院后均接受NAC治疗,并于化疗前后对所有患者进行ABVS检查与多种超声检查,观察ABVS联合多种超声技术的疗效评估价值。结果:化疗后所有患者肿瘤最大径、肿瘤面积、肿瘤体积等指标均明显小于化疗前(P<0.05)。化疗后患者的肿块大小、血流速度、阻力指数等指标均较化疗前更低(P<0.05)。ABVS联合多种超声技术对NAC治疗后疗效评估准确率为92.50%(37/40),灵敏度为93.75%(30/32),特异度为87.50%(7/8)。结论:ABVS联合多种超声技术可较为准确地对乳腺癌NAC疗效价值进行评估,有益于临床观察肿瘤病灶对NAC的疗效并及时做出判断。
Objective:To investigate the value of automated breast volume scan(ABVS)combined with multiple ultrasound technologies in the evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)for breast cancer.Methods:From January 2020 to July 2023,40 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and all patients were treated with NAC after admission,and all patients were subjected to ABVS examination and multiple ultrasound examinations before and after chemotherapy to observe the efficacy evaluation value of ABVS combined with multiple ultrasound technologies.Results:The maximum diameter,tumor area and tumor volume of all patients after chemotherapy were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).The mass size,blood flow velocity and resistance index of the patients after chemotherapy were lower than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).The accuracy of ABVS combined with multiple ultrasound techniques was 92.50%(37/40),the sensitivity was 93.75%(30/32),and the specificity was 87.50%(7/8).Conclusion:ABVS combined with a variety of ultrasound technologies can accurately evaluate the efficacy value of NAC in breast cancer,which is beneficial to clinical observation of the efficacy of tumor lesions on NAC and make timely judgments.
