妇幼泌尿系统疾病中尿沉渣显微镜法+尿干化学分析仪检测的意义及价值

摘要 目的:分析在妇幼泌尿系统疾病治疗中采取尿沉渣显微镜法+尿干化学分析仪检测的应用价值。方法:将厦门市第三医院2022年7月~2022年12月收治的妇幼泌尿系统疾病患者50例作为本次观察对象,另将同期收集的健康志愿者50例作为对照组,所有人员均采取尿沉渣显微镜法+尿干化学分析仪检测,以病原菌培养、影像学诊断为金标准;比较不同检测方式下(尿沉渣、尿液干化学、尿沉渣+尿液干化学)检测的诊断效能。结果:尿沉渣+尿液干化学共检出真阴性50例,真阳性49例;尿沉渣共检出真阴性45例,真阳性44例;尿液干化学共检出真阴性45例,真阳性43例;尿沉渣+尿液干化学检验准确性、灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值明显高于单独检验(P<0.05),但尿沉渣+尿液干化学阳性检验准确性与诊断金标准对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在妇幼泌尿系统疾病诊断中采取尿沉渣+尿液干化学检验可明显提高疾病诊断准确率,有助于临床医师早期评估病情。 Objective:To analyze the application value of urine sediment microscopy and urine dry chemical analyzer in the treatment of maternal and child urinary system diseases.Methods:50 cases of women and children with urinary system diseases admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital in July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and 50 cases of healthy volunteers collected during the same period were selected as the control group.All of them were detected by urine sediment microscopy+urine dry chemical analyzer,with pathogen culture and imaging diagnosis as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of urine sediment,urine dry chemistry,urine sediment+urine dry chemistry were compared under different detection methods.Results:A total of 50 cases of true negative and 49 cases of true positive were detected in urine sediment and urine dry chemistry;A total of 45 cases of true negative and 44 cases of true positive were detected in urine sediment;Urine dry chemistry detected a total of 45 true negative cases and 43 true positive cases;The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and negative predictive value of the urine sediment+urine dry chemistry test were significantly higher than those of the individual test(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of the urine sediment+urine dry chemistry positive test compared to the diagnostic gold standard(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of urine sediment and urine dry chemistry test in the diagnosis of gynecological and child urinary system diseases can significantly improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis,help clinical physicians evaluate the condition early.
