腹腔镜小切口胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Small Incision Radical Gastrectomy for Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜小切口胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌(Advanced Gastric Cancer,AGC)的疗效。方法:回顾分析2023年1月~2024年5月本科室收治的88例AGC患者,按随机数字表法分成两组,各44例。对照组给予传统开腹胃癌根治术,观察组采用腹腔镜下微创小切口手术方案。记录并比较两组患者手术中相关指标、临床疗效、术后胃肠功能恢复情况以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,总缓解率明显高于对照组,两组患者术后胃肠功能对比,观察组显著优于对照组,且并发症发生率更少,组间对比P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜小切口行胃癌根治术疗效显著,清除靶区域肿瘤细胞同时,出血量少,且安全不良并发症少,患者术后功能恢复快,是AGC患者理想的术式。

Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive small incision surgery in patients with advanced gastric cancer(AGC).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 88 AGC patients admitted to our department from January 2023 to May 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received traditional open radical surgery for gastric cancer,while the observation group received laparoscopic small incision radical surgery for treatment.Compare the intraoperative related indicators,overall clinical efficacy,postoperative gastrointestinal function,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had less average bleeding during surgery,shorter total hospital stay,and significantly better overall clinical response rate.The comparison of postoperative gastrointestinal function between two groups of patients showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower,with P<0.05 for both groups.Conclusion:Laparoscopic small incision radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer has significant therapeutic effects,removes tumor cells in the target area,reduces bleeding,and has fewer safety and adverse complications.The patient’s postoperative function recovers quickly,making it an ideal surgical procedure for AGC patients.
