低频脉冲电刺激疗法在小儿运动发育迟缓治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的:探讨针对小儿运动发育迟缓采用低频脉冲电刺激疗法后的临床效果。方法:随机选取2020年1月~2022年1月本院接收治疗的80例运动发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象。根据数字随机表法将其分为参照组40例和试验组40例,参照组采用常规治疗模式,试验组在参照组基础上予以低频脉冲电刺激疗法,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、运动能力评分、电生理指标、生活活动能力评分。结果:两组患者临床治疗效果,试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者运动能力评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组电生理指标优于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活活动能力评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电刺激疗法后,可以提高患者的运动能力以及生活活动能力等。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation for motor retardation in children.Methods:Randomly select 80 children with motor developmental delay who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 as the research subjects.According to the numerical random table method,they were divided into a reference group of 40 cases and an experimental group of 40 cases.The reference group received conventional treatment mode,while the experimental group received low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the reference group.The clinical treatment effects,exercise ability scores,electrophysiological indicators,and life activity ability scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The clinical therapeutic effect of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).The exercise ability score of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).The fine motor score of test group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).The score of living activity ability in test group was higher than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation therapy can improve patients’motor ability and life activity ability.
