脉动真空清洗消毒器对腔镜器械清洗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Pulsating Vacuum Cleaning Disinfector on the Cleaning of Endoscopic Instruments

目的:探究脉动真空清洗消毒器对腔镜器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年1月~2023年6月本院消毒供应中心接收的300件腔镜器械为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各150件。对照组采用手工清洗方法,观察组采用腔镜器械清洗机清洗,比较两组清洗效果、人工用时、耗材成本以及工作人员对清洗方法的满意度。结果:两组从目测检验器械角度显示清洗合格率未见有明显的差异性(P>0.05)。而观察组经放大镜检测清洗合格率、ATP荧光测量的器械清洗合格率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。观察组清洗器械人工耗时明显短于对照组,清洗耗材成本显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组洗消人员对清洗流程、器械清洗工作劳累度、工作效率、工作安全的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腔镜器械清洗机能够显著提高腔镜器械清洗质量,并可改善消毒供应中心护士工作效率,降低耗材成本。

Objective:To explore the application effect of pulsating vacuum cleaning sterilizer on endoscope instrument cleaning.Methods:300 cases of endoscope instruments accepted by the disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided with control group and observation group with 150 samples each.The control group was cleaned manually,and the observation group was cleaned by endoscope instrument cleaning machine.The cleaning effect,labor time,consumable cost and staff satisfaction with the cleaning method were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of visual inspection equipment cleaning between the two groups(P>0.05).However,magnifying glass with light source and ATP fluorescence detection showed that the qualified rate of instrument cleaning in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The manual cleaning time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the cost of cleaning consumables was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group’s cleaning personnel with the cleaning process,equipment cleaning work fatigue,work efficiency,and work safety was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The endoscopic instrument cleaning machine can significantly improve the quality of endoscopic instrument cleaning,improve the work efficiency of disinfection supply center nurses,and reduce consumables costs.
