不同水压上升速率对医用防护织物阻液体穿透性能的影响

摘要 目的:研究不同水压上升速率对医用防护织物阻液体穿透性能的影响。方法:选取一次性使用手术衣、一次性医用中单、医用一次性防护服3种不同材质的医用防护产品各5件作为研究对象,每件裁取3个样块作为试验样品,选择10cmH_(2)O/min,60cmH_(2)O/min,100cmH_(2)O/min 3种不同速率,参照GB/T 4744-1997《纺织织物抗渗水性测定静水压试验》,使用亚太拉斯M018渗水性能测试仪进行试验,比较不同速率对各类医用防护织物的阻液体穿透性能的影响。结果:3种材质的样品在速率为10cmH_(2)O/min时静水压数值均小于速率60cmH_(2)O/min和100cmH_(2)O/min,速率60cmH_(2)O/min与100cmH_(2)O/min的静水压值差异不明显。结论:采用不同水压上升速率对阻液体穿透性能的结果有一定的影响,速率较小时,水压上升速率越快,静水压值越大;到达一定速率后,水压上升速率对静水压值无明显影响。 Objective:To study the effect of different water pressure rising rate on liquid penetration resistance of medical protective fabrics.Methods:Three medical protective products of three different materials,namely disposable surgical gown,disposable protective clothing and disposable protective clothing,were selected as the research objects,three samples were cut out from each piece,and three different rates of 10cmH_(2)O/min,60cmH_(2)O/min and 100cmH_(2)O/min were selected,referring to GB/T 4744-1997“hydrostatic test for determination of impermeability of textile fabrics”,the effects of different velocity on the penetration resistance of various medical protective fabrics were compared by using asia-pacific lass M018 water penetration tester.Results:The values of impermeability of the samples with the rate of 10cmH_(2)O/min were less than those of the samples with the rate of 60cmH_(2)O/min and 100cmH_(2)O/min,and the hydrostatic pressure values of the samples with the rate of 60cmH_(2)O/min and 100cmH_(2)O/min had no significant difference.Conclusion:Different water pressure rising rate has a certain influence on the result of seepage resistance.When the water pressure rising rate is lower,the faster the water pressure rising rate is,the greater the hydrostatic pressure value is,the rate of water pressure rise has no obvious effect on the hydrostatic pressure.
