包埋盒打号机及创新包埋镊在病理穿刺组织制片中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨包埋盒打号机及创新包埋镊在病理穿刺组织制片中的应用价值。方法:收集2024年1月~6月的300例病理穿刺组织标本,随机分为两组,手工编号组用铅笔在包埋盒上书写穿刺组织病理号;包埋盒打印机组通过信息系统关联包埋盒打印机,自动将穿刺组织病理号打印在包埋盒上,比较两组包埋盒编号的平均时间与编号合格率。收集2024年1月~6月的200例经前期处理的病理穿刺组织,随机分为两组,一组使用敷料镊夹取穿刺组织进行包埋,另一组使用创新包埋镊夹取穿刺组织进行包埋,比较两种包埋工具下的平均包埋时间及包埋完整性。结果:手工编号组每个包埋盒平均编号时间为(5.35±0.70)s,显著长于包埋盒打印机组的(3.38±0.72)s(t=23.99,P<0.001);手工编号组包埋盒编号合格率为94.00%(141/150),低于包埋盒打印机组的100.00%(150/150)(χ^(2)=7.33,P<0.01);敷料镊组每例穿刺组织平均包埋时间为(20.29±4.15)s,显著长于创新包埋镊组的(13.63±3.03)s(t=15.85,P<0.001);敷料镊组包埋完整率为91.00%(91/100),低于创新包埋镊组的99.00%(99/100)(χ^(2)=6.74,P<0.01)。结论:病理穿刺组织取材时使用包埋盒打印机进行包埋盒编号,编号效率与合格率均显著优于手工编号;使用创新包埋镊进行穿刺组织包埋,包埋效率与组织完整性均显著优于敷料镊,可提高病理穿刺组织诊断准确性。 Objective:To explore the application value of the embedding cassette printer and innovative embedding tweezers in the preparation of pathological puncture tissues.Methods:A total of 300 pathological puncture tissue specimens were collected from January to June 2024 and randomly divided into two groups,the manual numbering group used a pencil to write the puncture histopathology number on the embedding box;The cassette printer group associates the cassette printer with the information system to automatically print the puncture histopathology number on the cassette;The average time of cassette numbering and the number pass rate of the two groups were compared.A total of 200 cases of pathological puncture tissues were collected from January to June 2024 and randomly divided into two groups,one group used dressing tweezers to pick up the punctured tissue for embedding,and the other group used innovative embedding tweezers to pick up the punctured tissue for embedding;The average embedding time and embedding integrity of the two embedding tools were compared.Results:The average numbering time of each cassette in the manual numbering group was(5.35±0.70)s,which was significantly longer than that of the cassette printer group(3.38±0.72)s(t=23.99,P<0.001);The pass rate of cassette numbering in the manual numbering group was 94.00%(141/150),which was lower than that in the cassette printer group(100.00%,150/150)(χ^(2)=7.33,P<0.01);The average embedding time of each puncture tissue in the dressing tweezers group was(20.29±4.15)s,which was significantly longer than that in the innovative tweezers group(13.63±3.03)s(t=15.85,P<0.001);The embedding integrity rate of the dressing tweezers group was 91.00%(91/100),which was lower than that of the innovative tweezers group(99.00%,99/100)(χ^(2)=6.74,P<0.01).Conclusion:The cassette printer is use for cassette numbering when pathological puncture tissue is taken,and the numbering efficiency and pass rate are significantly better than those of manual numbering;The embedding efficiency and tissue integrity of the innovative embedding forceps are significantly better than those of the dressing forceps,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of pathological puncture tissues.
