摘要
目的:探究自制胶管冲洗系统在各类手术用胶管中的清洗价值,为提高各类手术用胶管清洗质量提供依据。方法:将2024年5月~2024年9月本院手术使用后的3000根胶管作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,以常规冲洗方法冲洗其中的1500根胶管,作为对照组,另将自制胶管冲洗系统用于余下1500根胶管中作为观察组,使用带光源放大镜检测法、三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法对胶管的清洗情况进行评价,对比两种方式下对手术用胶管清洗情况与两组在清洗过程中耗费时间。结果:在两种不同检测方式下均显示,观察组合格率均比对照组高(98.40%,96.07%;96.87%,90.53%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组在初洗、酶洗与漂洗过程中耗费时间较短,差异存在统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:在各类手术用胶管中运用自制胶管冲洗系统可提高胶管清洗合格率,缩短各清洗过程耗费时间,自制胶管冲洗系统在各类手术用胶管的清洗中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the cleaning value of self-made hose washing system in all kinds of surgical hose,and to provide basis for improving the cleaning quality of all kinds of surgical hose.Methods:The study period was from May 2024 to September 2024,the 3000 post-operative hoses collected in our hospital during this period were used as the subjects of this study and were divided into two groups.The conventional irrigation method was used in 1500 hoses and used as the control group,in addition,the self-made hose washing system was used in the remaining 1500 hoses and was used as the observation group,the time-consuming of the two groups in the cleaning process was compared with that of the two groups.Results:Under two different detection methods,the observation combination had higher grid rates than the control group(98.40%,96.07%;96.87%,90.53%),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group spent less time in the initial washing,enzyme washing,and rinsing processes,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of self-made hose flushing systems in various surgical hoses can improve the qualification rate of hose cleaning and shorten the time required for each cleaning process.It is worth widely using self-made hose flushing systems in the cleaning process of various surgical hoses.
