脑功能障碍治疗仪配合心肺运动试验在脑卒中偏瘫患者功能锻炼中的疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Brain Dysfunction Therapy Instrument Combined with Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test on Functional Exercise in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:研究脑功能障碍治疗仪配合心肺运动试验(CPET)在脑卒中偏瘫患者功能锻炼中的疗效。方法:纳入2022年1月~2023年6月本院收治的92例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组(各46例),对照组采用CPET指导功能锻炼,观察组采用脑功能障碍治疗仪与CPET指导功能锻炼,比较两组神经功能、平衡能力、运动功能、日常活动能力评分。结果:干预后观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,Berg平衡量表评分、Fugl-Meyer评定量表评分、BI指数评定量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑功能障碍治疗仪配合心肺运动试验能够有效改善患者神经功能与运动功能,提高其平衡能力与日常活动能力。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of brain dysfunction therapy instrument combined with cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)on functional exercise in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 92 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 into two groups(each with 46 cases).The control group received CPET guidance for functional exercise,while the observation group received brain dysfunction therapy and CPET guidance for functional exercise.The neurological function,balance ability,motor function,and daily activity scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the Berg balance scale score,Fugl-Meyer rating scale score,and BI index rating scale score were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of brain dysfunction therapy instrument and cardiopulmonary exercise test can effectively improve patients’neurological and motor functions,enhance their balance and daily activity abilities.
