网络健康信息求证检索行为及态度变化研究

Research on the Behavior and Attitude Changes of Online Health Information Search and Verification

[目的/意义]探讨用户求证网络健康信息的检索行为及态度变化问题,有助于促进科学观点的形成。[方法/过程]通过实验研究,随机招募40名大学生完成4个健康信息求证任务,分析求证检索行为、体验及其与态度变化的关系。[结果/结论]网络健康信息求证检索主要使用搜索引擎,检索式以关键词组配式、疑问句式和陈述句式为主,非专业用户检索词以一般性词汇为主。检索式调整策略中,平移、缩检策略合计占60%左右。鉴别信息主要评估可理解性、比对其他信息源的一致性以及信息内部特征。求证检索后,近70%用户检索过程中态度产生方向改变,10%左右用户产生同方向的态度改变,前测态度未引起选择性接触行为,用户态度变化与所接触观点及接触时长有关。态度改变用户任务完成满意度显著高于未改变用户。最后,从用户、技术和平台角度提出促进健康信息利用的对策和建议。

[Purpose/significance]To explore the change of users’search behavior and attitude in online health information verification,which can be helpful for users to form scientific opinions.[Method/process]Through experimental research,40 col-lege students were randomly recruited to complete 4 health information verification tasks to analyze the seeking retrieval behaviors,experiences,and their relationship with attitude changes.[Result/conclusion]Internet health information verification retrieval mainly use search engines,and the search methods are more common in keyword combination,question sentence and declarative sentence.The search terms are mainly general words.The query reformation strategies of paralleling and specification account for about 60%.The three most commonly used methods for distinguishing information include evaluating comprehensibility,consistency with other information sources,and internal characteristics of the information content.Besides,in nearly 70%of information search processes,users’attitudes change direction,and in about 10%of information search process users’attitudes change to some ex-tent in the same direction.The pre-search attitudes does not cause selective contact behavior,and the change in user attitude is re-lated to the viewpoints and duration of contact.The task completion satisfaction of users with attitude change is significantly higher than that of users without attitude change.Finally,from the perspective of users,technology and platform,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the use of health information.
