摘要
为了促进我国足球运动的发展,实现青年足球运动总体布局,构建校园—职业—专业—社会四层结合的运动员培养体系,高校足球训练也应当积极变革。目前,国内足球运动水平相对较低,球员的核心力量训练不足,体能较差,进而限制了对抗能力,导致赛场能力不够理想。基于此,该文重点讨论了足球运动对腰部核心力量的要求,并指出腰部核心力量训练体系的构建原则与具体方法,以期对高校球员身体核心力量的培养起到一定的作用,从而推动校园足球运动的发展。
In order to promote the development of football in China,achieve the overall layout of youth football,and build a four tiered athlete training system that combines campus-vocation-profession-society,college football training should also embrace change actively.At present,the level of football in China is relatively low,and the core strength training of players is insufficient,resulting in poor physical fitness,which in turn limits their ability to compete and leads to not ideal performance on the field.Based on this,this article focuses on the requirements of football for waist core strength,and points out the construction principles and specific methods for waist core strength training system,in order to play a certain role in strengthening the cultivation of physical core strength of college players and promoting the development of campus football.
