摘要
篮球是集体项目中群众认可度排名第一的球类运动项目,普及其基础知识和技术动作对全民健身具有重要意义。然而,在校园篮球训练中,由于教师同时教授多名学生,难以针对每位学生提供个性化指导,加之受到课时限制,难以及时纠正学生的错误动作,因此,训练效率受到影响。为了解决这些问题,该文提出了一种人工智能技术赋能的投篮姿态教学方法,通过构建轻量化的智能分析平台,实现对运动视频中单人或多人的投篮姿态分析,并给出纠正建议。该平台具备轻量化部署的特点,能在手机、平板电脑等设备上运行,可以提升教学效率和质量。研究内容包括轻量化人体骨骼点智能检测技术的设计、基于骨骼点位置的投篮姿态纠正理论的构建,以及投篮动作矫正平台的开发。期望为篮球教学提供科学、系统、有针对性的指导。
Basketball is the most widely recognized ball sport among various team sports.Popularizing its basic knowledge and technical movements is of great significance for national fitness.However,in school Basketball training,due to teachers teaching multiple students at the same time,it is difficult to provide personalized guidance for each student,compounded by limited class time which hinders timely correction of erroneous movements,thereby affecting training efficiency.To address these issues,this paper proposes a teaching method for shooting posture empowered by Artificial Intelligence technology.By developing a lightweight intelligent analysis platform,this method enables analysis of shooting postures in videos featuring one or multiple individuals,accompanied by corrective suggestions.The platform has the characteristics of lightweight deployment,capable of running on mobile phones,tablets,and similar devices,thereby enhancing teaching efficiency and quality.Research contents include the design of lightweight human skeletal point intelligent detection technology,construction of shooting posture correction theory based on skeletal point positions,and development of a shooting motion correction platform,aiming to provide scientific,systematic,and targeted guidance for Basketball teaching.
