CUBAL三级联赛队伍发展现状和对策研究——以陕西工商职业技术学院为例

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of CUBAL Third-Level League Teams—A Case Study of Shaanxi Business College

近些年,在国家深化体教融合的政策下,中国大学生篮球联赛(CUBAL)取得了飞速发展,其中CUBAL三级联赛(高职院校组)也有较大进步。然而,与一级联赛队伍发展相比,大部分三级联赛队伍水平仍较低,队伍建设不够完善,发展形势较为严峻。通过对陕西工商职业技术学院篮球队的调查分析发现,队伍在训练时间、训练方式、训练设施、医疗保障和奖励以及教练员数量等方面存在较多不足。研究通过对其人员构成现状、训练现状、比赛现状等几个方面进行分析,探讨队伍建设存在的不足之处,并提出相关的建议和对策,以期推动三级联赛篮球队的全面发展。

Under the policy of deepening the integration of sports and education,China University Basketball League(CUBAL)has made rapid development in recent years,and the CUBAL third-level league(the group of higher vocational colleges)has also made great progress.However,compared with the development of the first-level league teams,the level of most the third-level league teams are still relatively low,the team construction is not perfect,and the development situation is grim.Through the investigation and analysis of the basketball team of Shaanxi Business University,it is found that there are many deficiencies in the team in the aspects of training method,concept,training environment,logistics support,and the allocation of coaches,etc.By analyzing the current situation of its personnel composition,training and competition,this paper studies the shortcomings of team construction and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,promote the comprehensive development of the third-level league basketball teams.
