摘要
高校“接诉即办”双线联动是一种“以学生为中心”围绕学生需求和发展而构建的全方位、多层次的高校管理服务育人模式。本文在阐述高校“接诉即办”双线联动实践价值的基础上,介绍某高校相关对策以及“接诉即办”双线联动管理创新工作举措,分析高校“接诉即办”双线联动的实施难点,提出高校“接诉即办”双线联动的实现路径。
The double-line linkage of"handle the complaint immediately"in colleges and universities is a"student-centered"comprehensive and multi-level university management service education model built around the needs and development of students.On the basis of expounding the practical value of the dual-line linkage of"handle the complaint immediately"in colleges and universities,this paper introduces the relevant countermeasures of a university and the innovative measures of the double-line linkage management of"handle the complaint immediately",analyzes the implementation difficulties of the double-line linkage of"handle the complaint immediately"in colleges and universities,and puts forward the realization path of the double-line linkage of"handle the complaint immediately"in colleges and universities.
