青年发展型城市的提出是建立在党的百年城市工作探索的经验基础上,是中国共产党处理城市与青年关系的生动实践,也是为推动城市发展而开展各项青年工作的现实写照,是中国共产党伟大事业的重要组成部分。在百年历史演进中,青年始终是城市建设的生力军,中国共产党先后经历了领导青年革命夺城、组织青年工业兴城、带领青年经济富城、留住青年人才强城。青年发展型城市是建立在已有的历史成就基础上,表现为青年城市权利不断丰富、青年参与城市治理机制不断完善、城市青年政策更加有保障。中国城市从服务资产阶级利益的反动堡垒转变为人民至上的青年友好型城市,城市的发展日益成为青年群体寻求美好生活的重要场域,必须始终坚持党管青年原则、青年优先发展原则,不断发挥青年生力军作用,推进新时代青年发展型城市建设。

The proposal of a youth development oriented city is based on the experience of the Party's century l ong exploration of urban work,a vivid practice of the CPC in dealing with the relationship between cities and youth,a realistic portrayal o f various youth work carried out to promote urban development,and an important part of the great cause of the CPC.In the historical evolution of a century,young people have always been the new force in urban construction.The CPC has experienced leading the youth to revolutionize the city,organizing the youth industry to revitalize the city,leading the youth econo my to enrich the city,and retaining young talents to strengthen the city.Youth development oriented cities are built on the foundation of existing historical ac hievements,which are manifested in the continuous enrichment of youth city rights,the contin uous improvement of youth participation in urban governance mechanisms,and more guaranteed urban youth policies.Chinese cities have transformed from reactionary fortresses that serve the interests of the bourgeoisie to youth friendly cities that prioriti ze the people.The development of cities has increasingly become an important field for young people to seek a better life.It is necessary to always adhere to the principle of the Pa rty governing youth,prioritize youth development,and continuously play the role of young forces to promote the construction of youth development oriented cities in the new era.
