永磁同步电机喷油冷却传热关联式研究

摘要 文章研究的目的是快速预测永磁同步电机(PMSM)在喷油冷却条件下的传热性能。基于大量仿真数据,采用无量纲分析法,分别建立电机各部件的损耗模型与温度预测模型。结果表明,在700V母线电压下,无量纲电机热损耗模型获得的电机绕组、定子与转子损耗误差分别为5.3%、9.3%和8.9%;同时,无量纲温度预测模型计算的绕组温度、定子温度和转子温度与仿真结果的最大误差分别为4℃、8.3℃和1.8℃。该无量纲温度预测模型能够有效预测不同工况下的电机各部件温度,为电机优化设计提供理论支持。 The purpose of this paper is to quickly predict the heat transfer performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)under the condition of oil injection cooling.Based on a large amount of simulation data,a dimensionless analysis method was used to establish loss models and temperature prediction models for each component of the motor.The results showed that under a 700V bus voltage,the dimensionless motor heat loss model obtained motor winding,stator,and rotor loss errors of 5.3%,9.3%and 8.9%,respectively;Meanwhile,the maximum errors between the winding temperature,stator temperature,and rotor temperature calculated by the dimensionless temperature prediction model and the simulation results are 4℃,8.3℃and 1.8℃,respectively.This dimensionless temperature prediction model can effectively predict the temperature of various components of the motor under different operating conditions,providing theoretical support for motor optimization design.
