摘要
汽车线束作为乘用车上至关重要的功能件与安全件,起着连接全车执行器、控制器以及传感器等部件的关键作用。一旦线束出现问题,便会给汽车的行驶安全带来极大隐患。文章主要阐述某乘用车在量产初期所发现的地板线束BCU分支过紧问题。此问题可能导致后续车辆行驶过程中出现端子脱落或压接处疲劳断裂等重大不良情况。鉴于此,线束供应商与主机厂品质部门齐心协力,共同排查该不良现象的产生原因与流出原因,并针对此不良情况开展改善行动。经过努力,BCU分支过短的问题得以解决,同时也为后续避免此类问题的发生提供参考。
As a vital functional and safety part of passenger vehicles,automotive wiring harness plays a key role in connecting actuators,controllers,sensors and other components of the whole vehicle.Once the wiring harness problems,it will bring great risks to the safety of the car.In this paper,the BCU branch of the floor wiring harness was found to be too tight in the early stage of mass production of a passenger car.This problem may lead to serious adverse conditions such as terminal shedding or fatigue fracture at the crimp during subsequent vehicle running.In view of this,the wiring harness supplier and the quality department of the Oems work together to jointly investigate the causes of the adverse phenomenon and the reasons for the outflow,and carry out improvement actions against this adverse situation.Through efforts,the problem of too short BCU branches can be solved,and it also provides a reference for avoiding such problems in the future.
