Application of Visio Software in Vehicle Speed Evaluation

为提高基于视频图像的车速鉴定精度和效率,文章提出一种利用软件辅助标注事故元素特征点的方法。首先剖析车速鉴定过程中影响鉴定结论精度的因素;接着介绍运用Office Visio软件标记事故元素特征点的基本方法和注意事项;最后通过实际案例对Visio软件在视频图像车速鉴定的应用效果。结果表明:Visio软件操作简单,对特征点的二维位置进行约束,可进一步提高车速鉴定结论的精度和效率。

In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of vehicle speed identification based on video images,this paper proposes a software-assisted method for marking the feature points of accident elements.Firstly,the factors affecting the accuracy of the conclusion in the process of vehicle speed appraisal are analyzed.Then it introduces the basic methods and precautions of using Office Visio software to mark the feature points of the accident elements.Finally,the application effect of Visio software in video image speed identification is discussed through a practical case.The results show that the Visio software is simple to operate and can further improve the accuracy and efficiency of the vehicle speed identification conclusion by restricting the 2D position of the feature points.
