摘要
积极发展协同育人是实施科教兴国战略的重要抓手。在文献资料描述性分析与数理统计量化分析的基础上,对中国知网(CNKI)2012—2022年收录的CSSCI期刊、北大核心期刊中有关协同育人的文献进行分析,发现:协同育人是由两个或两个以上不同主体通过协调合作、通力配合共同构建的人才培养模式。协同育人相关文献数量与国家政策颁布相关,发文量呈不断上升趋势,华东地区学者更加关注此领域。协同育人研究热点由宏观向微观不断演化,研究方法由定性向定量再向定量定性相结合转变。根据分析结果得出研究启示:拓展研究视角,扩充研究内容;促进学科融合,改进研究方法;加强合作交流,形成研究合力等几个方面,以期为我国协同育人研究高质量发展提供参考借鉴。
Actively promoting collaborative education is an essential measure in implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the nation through science and education.Based on descriptive analysis of literature and quantitative analysis through mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes literature on collaborative education from 2012 to 2022,as indexed in CSSCI and Peking University core journals in CNKI.The study finds that collaborative education is a talent cultivation model where two or more different entities coordinate and cooperate.The quantity of literature on this topic is closely related to national policies,with the number of publications steadily increasing,and scholars from Eastern China showing more interest in this field.Research topics have evolved from macro to micro levels,while methodologies have transitioned from qualitative to quantitative,and then to a combination of both.Based on these findings,the paper proposes research insights such as broadening research perspectives,expanding research content,promoting interdisciplinary integration,improving research methods,and strengthening cooperation and communication to foster synergy in research.These recommendations aim to provide valuable references for the high-quality development of collaborative education research in China.
