摘要
为了解大学生在线学习过程中的心流体验,本研究采用心理体验抽样法调查了高、低特质焦虑个体连续21天的在线学习心流体验。结果表明低特质焦虑组的心流体验明显高于高特质焦虑组,而且高特质焦虑组的在线学习心流体验波动性更大;大学生的在线学习心流体验通常在某个范围内波动,有明显的周期性特点;学期初大学生的在线学习心流体验整体呈上升趋势,说明其在线学习效果渐入佳境。
This study aims to understand college students'flow experience during online learning.Using the Experience Sampling Method(ESM),the flow experiences of individuals with high and low trait anxiety were surveyed over a period of 21 consecutive days during their online learning sessions.The results indicate that the flow experience of the low trait anxiety group was significantly higher than that of the high trait anxiety group,and the high trait anxiety group exhibited more fluctuations in their flow experience during online learning.College students'flow experience during online learning tends to fluctuate within a specific range and shows a clear cyclical pattern.Additionally,at the beginning of the semester,students'flow experience in online learning showed an overall upward trend,suggesting that their online learning effectiveness is gradually improving.
