摘要
基于应用型本科人才“知识、能力与素质”和谐发展的培养目标,笔者构建了以学生为中心的财务分析课程混合式教学体系,从教学目标、教学环节、教学方法和教学内容方面进行具体设计。在混合式教学中,教师从“满堂灌”授课转变为与学生互动启发式教学,学生从被动接受知识转变为自主化探索学习。财务分析混合式教学模式的有效实施,能够培养学生从事财务分析工作的能力与素养,提高学生处理实际问题的能力。
Based on the cultivation goal of achieving a harmonious development of"knowledge,skills,and qualities"for applied undergraduate talents,this paper constructs a student-centered blended teaching system for the"Financial Analysis"course.The design focuses on teaching objectives,teaching procedures,teaching methods,and teaching content.In blended teaching,the approach shifts from a traditional lecture-based format to an interactive and heuristic style,encouraging teacher-student interaction,and transforming students from passive recipients of knowledge to active,self-directed learners.The effective implementation of the blended teaching model in financial analysis can enhance students'competencies and qualities in financial analysis work,and improve their ability to address real-world problems.
