“U-S”合作培养体育教师的行动逻辑

摘要 “U-S”合作培养体育教师由三个现实条件所决定,即体育在“五育”之中的基础地位、实践性的体育课程以及体育教师专业化发展。“U-S”合作培养体育教师具有政策优势、师资优势、文化优势与课程优势。基于三大条件与四大优势,“U-S”合作培养体育教师的行动逻辑在于大学与中小学之间构建稳态信任关系,形成互信合作的培养机制;大学与中小学从合作到共生,促进体育教师培养的知识流动;建立文化共同体,构建培养了体育教师的组织文化;大学与中小学合作推行探究式教学;在大学与中小学合作中建立共通的评价机制,以绩效为导向增强合作力量。 The U-S cooperative training of physical education teachers is determined by three practical conditions,namely the foundation status of physical education in holistic education,practical physical education courses,and the specialized development of physical education teachers.The U-S cooperative training of physical education teachers has its advantages in policies,faculty,cultures and courses.Based on the three major conditions and four advantages,the action logic of U-S cooperative training of physical education teachers lies in five domains.First,with steady trust between universities and primary and secondary schools,a training mechanism of mutual trust and cooperation should be formed.Second,the flow of knowledge in the training of physical education teachers should be promoted by transforming the relationship between universities and primary and secondary schools from cooperation to intergrowth.Third,a cultural community should be built and an organizational culture for training physical education teachers should be cultivated.Fourth,universities and primary and secondary schools should cooperate to implement inquiry-based teaching.Fifth,a common performance-oriented evaluation mechanism should be established between universities and primary and secondary schools,enhancing the power of cooperation.
