摘要
通过对运动康复专业课程开设现状的分析,提出了运动康复专业课程体系的优化构想。研究发现,在长期的实践过程中,学界对运动康复专业课程的设置形成了一定的共识:运动是一种康复手段;运动康复专业的主要任务之一是对运动损伤的康复。在运动康复专业课程体系构建的理论推演过程中,笔者提出:(1)运动康复的概念,即运动康复是指以身体运动为手段的康复;(2)运动康复学科的逻辑起点为康复;(3)运动康复的学科范畴是研究以身体运动为手段的康复过程。在此基础上,研究对能够体现运动康复专业基本理论和基本知识以及基本技能的课程体系进行了论证,以期为进一步优化运动康复人才的培养提供思路与参考。
This paper explores the optimization of major curriculum system for sports rehabilitation by studying the current situation of curriculum in this field.The research has found that there was a certain consensus in the design of sports rehabilitation curriculum over a long period of practice.Sports are a means of rehabilitation.One of the main tasks of sports rehabilitation is the rehabilitation of sports injuries.In the theoretical derivation process of constructing the curriculum system for sports rehabilitation,this paper proposes the concept of sports rehabilitation,which refers to rehabilitation by using physical movement as the means.Secondly,the logical starting point of sports rehabilitation discipline is rehabilitation.Finally,the disciplinary scope of sports rehabilitation is to study the rehabilitation process by using physical movement as the means.Based on these ideas,this paper examines a curriculum system for sports rehabilitation that reflected the basic theories,knowledge and skills of sports rehabilitation,in order to provide ideas and references for optimizing the cultivation of sports rehabilitation talents in the futrue.
