空气包橡胶囊的注射模具结构设计

摘要 介绍了空气包橡胶囊注射模具的结构设计与应用。结果表明,使用注射模具结构克服了传统模压结构的弊端,减少了因排气不当导致的外观缺陷,提高了产品表面质量,降低了产品的不合格率,减少了产品的加工步骤,缩短了产品的加工时间,大幅度提高了产品的加工效率。 The structural design and application of the injection mold for the air bag rubber bladder were introduced.The results showed that the use of the injection mold structure overcomed the disadvantages of the traditional molding structure,reduced the appearance defects caused by improper venting,improved the surface quality of the product,reduced the defective rate and processing steps of the product,shorten the processing time of the product,and greatly improved the processing efficiency.
