摘要
积极应对人口老龄化,提升图书馆适老化服务水平,推动图书馆事业高质量发展,是公共图书馆面临的时代命题。文章通过梳理我国相关政策、业界研究和实践案例,分析公共图书馆在高质量养老服务体系中的地位与作用以及所面临的挑战,总结广东省立中山图书馆在赋能高质量养老服务体系的实践探索,提出从提升老年读者服务意识、完善老年服务设施设备、构建高质量养老服务联盟、创新老年读者服务内容与形式4个方面促进文化养老,推动公共图书馆赋能高质量养老服务体系。
Actively addressing population aging,enhancing aging-friendly library services,and promoting the highquality development of libraries are key challenges for public libraries today.By examining relevant policies,research,and case studies,this paper analyzes the role and position of public libraries within a high-quality elderly care service system,along with the challenges faced.Focusing on the Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province,it explores practical efforts to empower elderly care services and proposes strategies for elderly cultural care.These strategies include enhancing service awareness for elderly users,upgrading service facilities and equipment,building a high-quality elderly care service alliance,and innovating content and service formats for elderly users to enable public libraries to support a high-quality elderly care service system.
